Legalization & Apostille *updated
On the 23rd of June 2008 Suren & I went to the ministry again. This time we went to ask about processing the stamping faster. At last the officer agreed to do the stamping early for 3000 rub. But unfortunately we couldn’t strike a deal with the officers from Apostille department. They insisted that we must go through all the procedures and wait for a month at least. Then we found an agent who agreed to get the apostille stamp for a sum of money. So after putting a long thought we decided to present to all the students the available options to legalize your degree.

Suren & I have decided to choose the option C. So we will be going to the ministry as early as 4th of July to submit the diploms. Anyone interested with Option C can give their diploms to us. We are ready to do for the people interested in Option B as well.
For those who want to translate their diplom it can be done for 600rub (1day).

Thanks for the update. You guys really outdone yourself.
I have one question, is it possible to do both option B and C i.e. get the apostile stamp on both the original degree and on the notarized copy?

yes its possible to do both option B & C. then it should be 3000rub+9000(10500)rub+1550rub ok?
